A company was being organised that will have ample capital to develope the rich prospects on Cornwall mountain at Jasper. A tunnel 3,000 feet long was to be driven into the mountain, of sufficient size to develop the seventeen patented properties of the Alva Adams group, the seven owned by F. E. Moody and others, and claims owned by E. F. Shellebarger and others. Work was to begin within a few weeks.

The seventeen patented properties are the same seventeen the Weekly Register correspondent counted on Cornwall in 1887, sixteen years earlier, and found idle. They are still being described as a prospect.

No figure, so nothing enters the ledger. The closing sentence is the familiar note: this project with the Sanger, the Summitville and other properties on the Alamosa river insure a lively camp at Jasper and vicinity during the coming years.
